HAMBURG, N.Y. – The Villa Maria College men and women's cross-country team headed to Hilbert College on Saturday, where they competed in the Meghan Memorial Invite. In total, four Vikings ran, two on the women's side and two more on the men's side. 
 
Bridget Schiltz kicked it off for the women's side, taking home eighth place. She used a time of 26:12 to complete the course. Monica Schiltz was the next Vikings to cross the finish line, finishing with a time of 31:12. For the men's, Zachary Voss impressed with a ninth-place finish with a time of 19:20. Crusade McPhail continued to improve, finished the competition with a time of 22:57. 
 
The Vikings will wrap up their season on Saturday, Oct. 19 when they travel to William Smith College to compete in the CCOC Championships. The race is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
