Box Score COLUMBIA, MD. – The Villa Maria women's flag football team never trailed against Bryant and Stratton College Albany in a 21-6 victory to improve the team's win streak to four in the National Collegiate Flag Football League (NCFFL) Maryland Championship Tournament on March 28 at Howard Community College.

- The Vikings opened the scoring on Villa's first possession after a run by Scarlett Melancon for a 7-0 lead.
- Melancon extended the Viking lead to 14-0 after a reception and run for 30-plus yards from Brianna Shalinsky on the team's second offensive possession.
- The Bobcats cut the deficit to 14-6 on a fourth-down attempt in their first possession of the second half.
- Melancon got the game's final score of the game and her third of the contest on a rushing play.
- Kiara Mercado led the defense with eight tackles and two pass breakups.
- Promise Myers registered two tackles-for-loss, while Angelina Green finished with a pass breakup, interception and blocked punt.
- Gianna Marciano finished with several stops for the Viking defense.
- Villa converted on each of its extra-point attempts.
