SANBORN, N.Y. – Despite outscoring Jamestown Community College, 51-37, in the second half, the Villa Maria College women's basketball team suffered a 76-69 setback in a non-conference game at SUNY-Niagara's Thanksgiving Classic on Nov. 22.

- The Jayhawks jumped out to an 18-10 first-quarter lead.
- The Vikings rallied with scoring advantages in the third (22-9) and fourth (29-28) quarters.
- Lyliana Edwards and Mia Special co-led the team in points with 17 each.
- Edwards completed a double-double with 20 boards.
- Keiliany Diaz (10) and Promise Myers (12) rounded out Villa's double-digit scorers.
- Kiki Mercado and Diaz both finished with eight rebounds, while Special registered a team-high six assists.
