Men's basketball opens the season with a thrilling 94-82 win over Fisher College. 

Trailing 34-29 at halftime, the Vikings came out electrically to start the second half. Senior guard Juston Johnson led all scorers with a 35-point performance. Johnson also grabbed 6 rebounds, dished out 3 assists, and had 3 steals. Fellow senior teammate Nolan Shephard (F) finished the night with a double-double scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. Senior point guard Damario James had a notable performance scoring 10 points and had a team high of 5 steals.  

Junior transfer standout Bryan Adams (G) had a great first game with the Vikings, scoring 16 points grabbing 3 rebounds along with 4 steals. Adams also ended the first half with a huge buzzer beater layup that gave the Vikings all the momentum in the second half.  

The Vikings will be back in action this upcoming weekend in the Bobcats Bash tournament at the Burt Flickinger Center.
