Lady Vikings are the Champions of the HVIAC for 2023!

Our Coach Mike McCarthy received the honors of Coach of the Year after leading the team to be #1 of the conference after joining in its first year.
Mia McCarthy received Player of the Game (MVP) honors of the HVIAC Championship. 

On to the Championship game where every single player contributed to the win. Villa Lady Vikings beat Berkeley College 70 - 58. 

Leading scorer of the game was Mia McCarthy with 19 points and added in 4 assists 3 steals and 1 rebound. Followed by senior Autumn Adams-Edwards who contributed 13 points 3 rebounds 2 assists and 1 steal. Maria Falanaga who filled every stat line finished with 12 points 7 rebounds 7 assists and 3 steals.

Talia Bush, also known as 'Tank' finished just short of a double-double with 9 points 11 rebounds 1 assist 5 steals and 4 blocks. 

Off the bench players combined with 16. Kiara Sweeney with 9 points 6 rebounds 4 steals and 1 block. Shanughnessy Bennett finished with 4 points 1 rebound and 1 assist. Ellanda Francois finished with 2 points 5 rebounds and 2 steals along with Daishya Stallings with 2 points and 1 rebound.
