BUFFALO, N.Y.—The Villa Maria College men's and women's basketball teams will be heading to Bryant and Stratton Buffalo on Wednesday, January 26 to take on the cross-town rival Bobcats. 
 
The women's team will kick off the night at 6:30 p.m. and come into the game with a 10-7 record. There last game was an impressive showing against Bryant and Stratton Albany, walking away with a 76-53 win. The Vikings have struggled on the road this season, holding a record of 4-5. They will aim to improve that mark as they will be away from home for the next five games. In their previous matchup, Villa fell to the bobcats by a final of 60-52.
 
The men got back into action on Sunday, defeating Bryant and Stratton Rochester, 77-76. They now hold a record of 8-6 and are 4-2 when on the road. The Vikings hosted the Bobcats in early December and played a close game but unfortunately fell, 62-55. Villa will hope to gather momentum as they head into the final stretch of the season.
