TIP-OFF NOTES
- This is the seventh all-time meeting between the Vikings and Broncos, with Villa posting a 4-2 record in those matchups. Villa won both matchups last year.
- The two teams split both meetings in each of the first two seasons that the home-and-home series' began.
- This will be the only meeting between the Broncos and Vikings this season.
- Delhi recently moved into the NCAA Division III and out of the USCAAÂ II.
- Both Villa and Delhi competed in the Northeastern Intercollegiate Athletics Conference (NIAC) last season with both advancing to the conference's postseason tournament. The third-seeded Broncos fell to the second-seeded Maine Fort Kent Bengals in the semifinals while top-seeded Villa defeated College of St. Joseph in the semis before downing Maine in the championship game.

THE VIKINGS
- The Vikings currently sit at 3-0 on the season after winning all three of their opening home games.
- Villa opened the season with two wins in the Villa Tip-Off Classic over Fisher College (97-66) and the University of Maine at Fort Kent (99-97). They followed that with another victory the next Monday over Carlow University (99-75).
- The Vikings return seven players from last year's 26-6 team, including four starters. Â
- This tournament marks the first two road games of the season for Villa as they play seven of it's first nine games at home.
