BUFFALO, NY - Four different players recorded double-doubles as the Villa Maria College Lady Vikings dominated Sheridan College, picking up their seventh in win eight games by beating the Bruins 96-54 on Wednesday evening at the Villa Athletic Center.
Freshman
Armoni Jordan (Lockport, NY/South Park) led all scorers with 29 points and also added 13 rebounds, four assists and a steal. Â Sophomore
Shaquana Owens (Buffalo, NY/Tapestry) scored 28 points and added 16 rebounds, five blocks, three assists, two steals and hit five triples. Â
Senior
Jayvonna Kincannon (Buffalo, NY/Genesee) scored 16 points and dished out 11 assists, while also coming up with three steals.  Junior
Dominique Davis (Buffalo, NY/Genesee) scored 15 points and came down with 13 rebounds. Â She also dished out six assists and came up with two steals.
Freshmen
Ashlynn Banks (Buffalo, NY/Tapestry) and
Nyree Brown (Buffalo, NY/Health Sciences) both had their best games of the season as well. Â Banks scored a season-best six points, and added three rebounds and a steal while Brown scored two points and pulled down nine rebounds and had three steals.
For the game, Villa shot 45.3 percent and 34.2 percent from beyond the arc. Â They had just 10 turnovers and forced Sheridan into 19.
