BUFFALO, NY - The Niagara County Community College Thunderwolves used a strong start to defeat the Villa Maria Vikings 112-69 on Saturday inside the Villa Athletic Center.
Five players scored in double-figures for the Thunderwolves as they were led by Justin Alleyne-Washi with 19. Â Villa was paced by freshman
DeJaun Owens who scored 15 points.
Niagara County reached 56 points in each half and led 56-28 at the break. Â They shot 58.4 percent from the field while Villa shot just 25 percent.
The Vikings are off a for a week until they return to the court on Saturday, December 16 to host SUNY Canton at 6 p.m.
