ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Villa Maria College men's soccer team wrapped up Labor Day weekend with a road battle against Nazareth College. After 90 minutes of play, the Vikings fell by a final score of 9-0.

- Villa now holds a record of 0-3.
- The Golden Flyers move to 2-0 on the year.
How It Happened –
- The Vikings surrendered an early goal, but goalkeeper Santiago Aguirre helped settle the ship by recording four consecutive saves.
- Aguirre finished with a total of 15 saves on the day.
- Noah Tysiac created a chance in the 21st minute, taking a shot against the opposition, but it was saved.
- The defense settled down and limited the offensive chances and after 90 minutes of play, the final score was 9-0.

- Villa gets a few days off before continuing their road trip. They head to the Syracuse campus of Bryant and Stratton College on Saturday, Sept. 7 for a 5 p.m. game.
